Welcome to Stable App Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Stable App Solutions provides software development services, including but not limited to Custom Software Development, Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, and MVP Development. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or contract where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract:

• Client IP: You retain ownership of all data and intellectual property you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs) is transferred to the client.
• Background IP: Stable App Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing code libraries, tools, and methodologies used during development.

Please note the following regarding payments:

• Currency: Our primary invoicing currency is Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). US Dollars (USD) can be accepted by arrangement for international clients at the prevailing professional exchange rate.
• Methods: We utilize secure **Sri Lankan Internet Payment Gateways (IPG)** and direct Bank Transfers. We strictly do not use or accept PayPal or Stripe.
• Schedule: Payment schedules (e.g., upfront, milestone-based) will be clearly defined in your specific project proposal or service agreement.

In no event shall Stable App Solutions, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
